I started my classes with Liz in November 2012, she was recommended to me (by my wife)! who had been using Liz’s services.

 

I have to say, I thoroughly enjoy the classes, Liz has a great way of getting you to work hard without the screeching and shouting to ‘encourage’ you!

 

Classes are well planned and laid out to ensure maximum time is spent working (as opposed to resting). She will ensure that the exercises are varied, challenging and monitor your technique to see that you are doing them effectively, whilst giving you little tips (like when to breath)! as you go.

 

I have used Liz for both 1 on 1 and now onto my second group class and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been training with Liz for 6 months now, my goals were to gain strength and increase my fitness. I also wanted to improve my posture and core strength.

 

Over the last 6 months I have gained strength in both my upper and lower body, I am also now much more aware of my core area and how strong it now is.

 

My fitness has improved tremendously and through performing postural exercises I no longer have the neck, shoulder and back ache that I once had.

 

I have dropped two dress sizes and lost many inches. Liz’s sessions are fun, encouraging and the 1 hour seems to go pretty quick!  PS. I love the Boxing!

I am not a gym fan and have never really been able to run. I went back to work and that coupled with hitting 40 meant that my lack of exercise was really starting to show. I tried Liz's Saturday morning circuit class and found that I would do the training when I had the right kind of encouragement  (firm but with a sense of humour).

 

I embarked on a course of 10 PT sessions with Liz coupled with the Saturday morning class. My objective was to tone and improve my general level of fitness. I have a back problem but Liz developed a program around that and over time by strengthening my core, my back became less of an issue.

 

Within weeks my overall fitness and strength had improved fairly dramatically and close to the end of our session I had gone down a dress size. I am so glad that I have had the kick start to exercise and I thank Liz for giving me the technique and confidence to do it.
