Our Training Options

At EzeWorkout we know that everyone is different. Each individual has their own training preferences, goals and fitness needs. For that reason, we're pleased to be able to offer a range of workout options for you to choose from.

 

Personal Training (just you and your trainer!)

 

 

We offer individual, customised one-on-one training sessions, where your trainer designs a program specific to your goals. Training can take place at your place or mine (Hampton if mine).

 

Your goal may be weight loss, post natal, sports specific training such as cricket, triathlon etc. You may want to learn how to run or improve your upper body strength with fitness boxing or just want more individual attention.

 

Remember, there's nowhere to hide with these sessions, so expect some awesome results!

 

The Personal Training journey will start with a full health check, postural assessment and measurements carried out by your PT. We will also cover your goals, likes and dislikes and we’ll take a look at your nutrition. 

 

A program will then be designed for you to achieve the best possible results in the shortest possible time tailored specifically to your goals.

 

Re-assessments will be carried out regulary to ensure we are meetring your set goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pairs Training (just the two of you)

 

 

This form of training is personlised for you and your friend/partner. It's fun, competitive and a great way to keep each other motivated.

 

You will both recieve a full health check, postural assessment and messurements carried out by your PT. Goals will be set and re-measurments and health checks will be carried out regulary.

 

Training can take place at your place or mine (Hampton if mine).

Group Sessions

 

It’s fun to train with friends too! These sessions are a great way to train, in a small group of up to twelve people. Your Personal Trainer will design a program to cover all of your goals and provide correct technique training for each individual in the group. You'll work as a team and help support each other to reach your fitness goals.

 

We currently have group training clasess taking place each Saturday morning, Tuesday morning & evening and Thursday morning & evening in Hampton. All classes run for 1 hour. They are a fun circuit based class for all fitness levels.
